BHLC provides health and life coaching to individuals across the country. If you are visiting friends or family, vacationing, or know someone who is interested in health/life coaching, BHLC can help.

Traveling can make it difficult to focus on your health. Tammy will be there for you when you need it most. Phone, video chat and email coaching sessions are available.

If you, a friend, or family member are interested in coaching, but live somewhere other than the Nashville area, BHLC can work with you to develop a plan through phone and video sessions. Students away from home at college particularly benefit from BHLC virtual appointments. Tammy is dedicated to you and will support you no matter the location.

BHLC provides a variety of meeting options in order to provide a fully individualized experience for her clients. For clients who live in the Nashville area, limited in-home/office sessions are available. BHLC conforms to a strict adherence of CDC Covid guidelines. BHLC can also provide additional meeting space if necessary. For clients who live outside of the Nashville area, BHLC offers Skype, Zoom, virtual sessions, phone sessions, and will travel upon request.
